The interview process with Zoom was one of the best experiences I have gone through in my professional career. The recruiter was professional and, more importantly, responsive. The scheduling system was simple and included tips for interviewing, what to expect documents, as well as links to the interviewers' LinkedIn profiles. Again, very professional as well as detailed.

My first meeting was with management, then on to two panel meetings (3-6 people per interview) lasting an hour each. The next interview was with the hiring manager. Obviously, all interviews were over Zoom!

Questions were straightforward with respect to the job description. What I found most interesting was that the interviewers were just as interested in whether you are a good fit for the Zoom culture as you were qualified for the actual job.

I am giving the "Interview Difficulty" a rating of difficult because of the detail they went into around the specific technology(ies) in the JD, but the process itself was straightforward.

Overall, a great experience.
