Process
This was a pretty unprofessional interview. The person interviewing me had just started at the company a week prior and couldn't really speak much about the team or the position I was applying for.
In addition, she mentioned, maybe three or four times throughout the interview, that they were "not like other companies" and would "get back to me regardless of the decision for my application." She told me they were urgently hiring, and I would hear back within two days personally from her.
She completely ghosted me and ignored any future emails. I won't be applying here again.

Tons of fridge benefits: * $200 yearly to spend on the company store * $300 reimbursement for food and exercise equipment during the pandemicCons: In engineering, many teams are split between the US and China, which can lead to late meetings and different work styles. In many respects, the company still has a startup vibe. It seems they are just now starting to solidify many HR and enterprise functions. This also means there isn’t a very well-set engineering culture (but many very smart people in engineering doing great things). No 401k match.
