Cons: Leadership has grand visions but is poor at executing them, then pushes the blame to the engineers. Product design and implementation can be messy and frustrating.

Pros: - You get paid, and there's work to be done. - Decent WLB, but that also depends on your team.

Cons: - Hypocritical management and CEO. - Tries to copy everything Microsoft does with very poor execution. - Throws AI at everything without a clear mission. - Salary increments and bonus cuts in the last few years despite large amounts of cash in the bank.

Pros: Opportunity to work on a platform that is vitally important to millions of people on a daily basis. Solid base. Good equity package. Amazing parental leave!!! Just got upped to 16 weeks. Cons: In engineering, many teams are split between the US and China, which can lead to late meetings and different work styles. In many respects, the company still has a startup vibe. It seems they are just now starting to solidify many HR and enterprise functions. This also means there isn’t a very well-set engineering culture (but many very smart people in engineering doing great things). No 401k match.
