I scheduled the interview with Olivia, an automated AI chatbot they use for scheduling. During the actual virtual interview, nobody showed up. I have attempted to contact them, but the chatbot does not allow contact with a human being, regardless of how I ask. It repeats the same responses when I attempt to solve the issue.

This has been an overall abysmal, frustrating experience, and a waste of time for applicants.

I'd like to add that the AI asks for rating/feedback early in the process and does not allow changes after it has ruined the hiring process.
