Good pay, master for those from grade A colleges.
- Always work, work, work, more stress.
- As business works on PST hours, it's a hard time for IST folks to interact with stateside folks (EST, PST).
- Bad work culture. They don't care what you are going through.
When recruiting, say clearly that you are hiring for stateside timings, not IST timings, upfront. This way, the candidate can make up their mind.
