The work culture at Zoom is very healthy. I really found myself free to ask questions, share views, get support from the team, and guidance from the manager. Everything I found here is smooth.

Apart from that, it helps you to grow actively when you have a positive atmosphere around. Leadership is amazing, which charges you up, and the feedback is crucial.

Zoom is searching for ways to connect their peers. Though we have an office in Bengaluru, our working model is hybrid. (Even we have to encourage just remote work, as we are from Zoom, lol!)

Management is quite adaptable to changes and feedbacks. They also help you to balance your things. I am learning from their skills. But it would be good to know if we are getting more goodies though! :)
