Company gives a good salary if you know how to negotiate. Unlimited PTO.
Work-life balance sucks. A lot of off-schedule, off-hours work.
They ask you to work almost every weekend, no exaggeration. They have a culture of blame in case anything goes wrong, even though they don't have the proper infrastructure and monitoring systems in place.
90% of the company are Chinese people, and they speak in their language in meetings. It's awful.
Broken processes between teams and between management.
