In engineering, many teams are split between the US and China, which can lead to late meetings and different work styles.
In many respects, the company still has a startup vibe. It seems they are just now starting to solidify many HR and enterprise functions. This also means there isn’t a very well-set engineering culture (but many very smart people in engineering doing great things).
No 401k match.
The two biggest things I would like to see in terms of benefits are a 401k match and yearly RSU refreshers. Also, I think a stronger push for a cohesive project management structure would do engineering good. However, I have been really impressed by the passion, vision, and momentum of the company so far, and I am really proud to work here.
