Engineering is less mature, tied to overseas
Good product for consumers, but the engineering culture is too individualistic.
No body to set proper engineering procedures or guides. Most are too new in the last 1 year in the United States. Overseas communication is incomprehensible.
Bring the engineering to the home country.
