No 5 days RTO, hybrid work option.
Average compensation for very bad work-life balance. You're expected to work at nights with the China team, including Sunday nights.
Incompetent managers run this place. Multiple silent layoffs have happened in the last 3 months. Frequent layoffs created an environment of extreme frustration among the employees.
Be more transparent about layoffs. Before laying off individual contributors, management should take a hard look at those managers who are not performing useful work.
