Structurally unsound with massive redundant and overlapping middle management and a dwindling pool of ever disillusioned and overworked IC's.
Leadership and middle management are a collection of some of the most incompetent and morally corrupt individuals.
Already past the point of no return, please do the right thing and start offering voluntary severances.
