Pros: I have worked in a dozen software places over the past 40 (!) years, and this is the best environment I have ever worked in. * Trusting environment: People can share their REAL concerns with managers. We're not penalized for missing deadlines - it's understood, for the most part, that we're all doing the best we can. * Safe environment: People can and do share deeply personal challenges like addictions, depression, and challenges with prejudice, right on dedicated public Slack channels. There are active groups for promoting several types of inclusivity. * One team: Most of us, in product and engineering, see ourselves as a cooperative group. People will stop what they are doing, if they can, to help you. * Flexibility: As an engineer, I can work whatever hours work for me. In 2024, we are asked to be in the office for at least part of the day, 3 days/week.

Cons: The stock is not doing well in 2024.

Pros: Interesting and new technologies - not a dull moment if you are open to learning new things. Management actually listens to your concerns and makes steps to fix the problems, even if a little slow. Great life/work balance - flexibility in hours and time off. Peer engineers are smart and talented.

Cons: Somewhat unstable projects. You can be pulled into a side project, or projects might be canceled or mothballed, but it doesn't get out of hand.

Pros: Young and extremely motivated team, innovative leadership, superb growth opportunities, and open to ideas.

Cons: No cons at this stage.
