Process

I received an email from Ms. Molina in the HR department. She was trying to schedule an interview with me after receiving my resume from my internship coordinator at my college.

We scheduled a phone interview. After the phone interview, I received a programming project from ZoomInfo. I completed it and returned it to them. Following that, I had a second phone interview with someone in their Software Department about the project.

After this phone interview, Ms. Molina scheduled an in-person interview with me. On that day, I met with four people over two hours.

  • Three of the interviews were with coders who gave me small questions/tests to ensure I was the right candidate.
  • The final interview was with Ms. Molina.

Overall, the experience was a great learning experience.
