Pros: Unlimited vacation days. Career advancement opportunities for those who put in the work. Good place to learn new technologies and have an impact on the product. Very friendly people to work with. Flexible with working from home.

Cons: Work-life balance is almost non-existent. Salaries and compensation are below average, so expect to be overworked and underpaid. Upper management cares very little for the well-being of the employees. The facilities are very simple. There is no gym membership, the kitchen doesn't have much more than the basics, the open space can get very loud, and there is no real place for employees to sit and talk outside of the conference rooms. Don't expect to get anything more than a wine bottle for the holidays, if at all. There is no knowledge sharing between teams. A lot of frustrated and unhappy employees. There is no transparency from the management.

Pros: Good environment and young people, opportunities to advance.

Cons: As it became kind of corporate, things started to be a bit slow.

Pros: Great people and excellent technology working in a multi-cloud environment. The salary is excellent, with yearly bonuses and a pay rise, and from time to time small rewards. Great offices and working in hybrid mode.

Cons: Working globally, no work-life balance. Fast delivery, always working under pressure. There is no compensation for on-call. High turnover of employees. No HR, no one cares about you as an employee.
