Two technical interviews and a home assignment were part of the process.
The first technical interview (phone) was very good. The interviewer explained about the company and the role. The second interview was good as well, though one of the two interviewers seemed unprepared.
The home assignment was acceptable and not very time-consuming.
The only aspect that was bothersome was the lack of feedback after the home assignment, which I did not pass, despite asking for it. I believe it is the bare minimum to provide feedback when a candidate has dedicated over 10 hours to the interview process.
