Software Engineer Interview Experience - Waltham, Massachusetts

Process

The process seemed disorganized. They rescheduled my on-site interview, and initially told me a day without all employees in the office. This nearly resulted in personal expense, had I not booked a refundable option.

During the on-site, I spoke to five people over the course of 2.5 hours. They asked standard data structure questions and conducted a short whiteboard session. They also asked me questions about a framework not listed on my resume. Additionally, there was a round delving into my work history and architecture experience.

Since then, ZoomInfo has not returned my follow-up inquiries, despite assuring me I would receive an answer within the week. I am upset that I wasted my time and money traveling to the Boston area, only for them to be unable to provide a simple "no thanks."
