Engineering leadership with:
- lack of focus
- constant shift of priorities
- micromanagement
- feedback is not welcomed
- poor learning investment
- not following through with their "promises"
I could go on and on. Enough to say that if you are looking for money without having a say, or opportunity to collaborate and grow, then consider ZoomInfo. But if you are serious about a career, I would never recommend this company.
The list is too long. Look at the cons; these are real things happening internally. Pretending they are not happening will only make this worse.
