I've been with the software team for a year this month, and I absolutely love the direct management. Having worked with non-technical management, it's nice to have folks in charge who know what they're doing.
The CEO and upper management are completely superficial. The CEO calls for winter donations, but the highest donating office donates less than 0.1% of his estimated net worth. He has the audacity to lecture us about donating more.
ZoomInfo has seen the best quarters since its inception in the last year, but refuses to allow new employees full-time work from home, despite having all employees work from home during that time.
