Six months ago, this was a tough place to work. But since they brought in a new CTO, Chief Product Officer, and EVP of Product, things have really turned around.
Prior leaders were over their skis, and the CEO made the right changes. New goals and objectives frameworks are aligning the organization to the right goals: customer success.
Good pay, unlimited PTO, good managers, and moving in the right direction.
