Pros

Unlimited vacation days.

Career advancement opportunities for those who put in the work.

Good place to learn new technologies and have an impact on the product.

Very friendly people to work with.

Flexible with working from home.

Cons

Work-life balance is almost non-existent.

Salaries and compensation are below average, so expect to be overworked and underpaid.

Upper management cares very little for the well-being of the employees.

The facilities are very simple. There is no gym membership, the kitchen doesn't have much more than the basics, the open space can get very loud, and there is no real place for employees to sit and talk outside of the conference rooms.

Don't expect to get anything more than a wine bottle for the holidays, if at all.

There is no knowledge sharing between teams.

A lot of frustrated and unhappy employees.

There is no transparency from the management.

Advice to Management

Start treating employees as an asset instead of giving them the feeling they are replaceable.
