They contacted me for a phone screening, then sent me a coding challenge to complete. There were two algorithm problems, and I'd say they were of average difficulty. I didn’t pass the coding challenge, though, so that's where this story ends.

I met them at the career fair and had an on-site interview. They gave me a question to code in Java, which was followed by interview rounds discussing the solution and other technical questions based on Data Structures. I am waiting for their reply
