Awesome co-workers who are intelligent. This made my review go from 1 star to 2 stars.
- Useless RTO policy.
- Significant below-market compensation.
- Layoffs happen more often than you think, but are not in the news.
- Ridiculous amount of work with no direction.
- When work increases, your pay doesn't.
- The company is really stingy and will cost-cut whenever possible. (FYI: The cappuccino pods aren't the reason you guys are decreasing in growth.)
You cannot tell people to work weekends when there is no incentive on the worker's end to do so. I would only suggest working here if your only other option is being unemployed.
I'm glad for the awesome people I met, but I'm even gladder I left.
