A very welcoming and homey atmosphere at work.
Working with new and innovative technologies, there are plenty of things to learn when working on different projects at the company. Always trying to do something new and innovative.
Great benefits and work conditions.
Hard to find work-life balance. Sometimes, work is done too hastily on various projects or features, which diminishes the quality of the work. This is improving from my experience, but still happens sometimes.
- Slow down a bit on some projects and check out what the developers in the "field" say.
