Smart, Talented Engineering Staff
The technology team is focused, talented, and hard-working. There is not one person on the team who wouldn't be in the top 1% of engineers I've worked with throughout my career. Management is open and works hard to keep the employees engaged and motivated. The team has been focused on building upon the next-generation platform that was released in November. Great technology architecture and future roadmap.
It can be chaotic at times, especially after the launch of the new platform and as we continue to add headcount to a growing technology team. Most of that is behind us now, and the current team is well poised to build great tech.
Continue adding the right headcount to the team so that more of your time can be spent on architecture and less on code work.
