Underwhelming work which can be done by people of very less experience.

Bad culture. The team will be suppressed by the counterpart teams in Israel. There is no team coordination or collaboration. Everyone wants to work on something new without telling their own team or even having the courtesy to ask for suggestions.

Firing. Man, what should I say? I joined on April 1st, 2024. The first firing happened within my team in June 2024. The second firing happened in January 2025. The third firing happened in June 2025. People were fired without even their immediate managers knowing about it.

It is better to work in a company where you are valued more.
- Explain to candidates during hiring what actual work they will do in the team.
- Collaboration between regions has to be improved, and "one team" thought should be seeded.
- Trust your team and distribute quality work.
