Good pay, flexible with remote work. New products are fun to work on. After a few tough years with some bad leaders, we have a group of great ones. Fast promotions and the benefits are better than most companies. Not much fluffy nonsense and forced socialization and fake camaraderie like I have experienced before. The HR team here is actually good – a first for me.
RSU grants could be given more frequently, considering the decline in the stock price. Way too many internal meetings.
Cut the recurring meetings we have each month.
