Process

There were 3 total rounds.

The first round was an interview with the hiring manager, which lasted around 45 minutes.

Next was a half-day onsite interview with 6 interviews plus a 45-minute technical presentation.

After I got positive feedback for my onsite round, I had a 30-minute chat with the VP of the organization.

Overall, everybody I talked to was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. I never felt I was being grilled; it felt like a two-way conversation.

The questions asked were very interesting, and the interviews were interactive.

I liked the hiring manager, the team, and the work. The pay being offered was also quite good in comparison to other startups.

I turned down the offer since I ended up receiving a better offer, although it was a tough decision.
