While it's a seemingly straightforward process, the interview process is very haphazard and high school trivia type. I was supposed to have a behavioral round, but that interview turned into a CV/ML additional round.
Couple of interviewers had a question list and went down it to check off the questions, not waiting to have a discussion. That was very off-putting.
In the math and logic round, the interviewer is just looking for the "keywords." The minute you say it or don't say it within 3 minutes, they move on. No scope for discussion or thinking out here.
It's a long onsite process that's not structured well. Most of the interviewers only care about theoretical knowledge.
Additionally, only 2 interviewers out of 5 actually gave me a chance to ask them questions about the company. That is a big red flag for me.
