Interviewer was yawning during the entire interview.
Pros:
- The company is well-known and respected in the industry.
- The benefits package is competitive.
- The salary range is in line with market expectations.
Cons:
- The interviewer was very unprofessional.
- He/She was yawning throughout the entire interview, which made me feel like he/she wasn't interested in what I had to say.
- He/She also interrupted me several times, which made it difficult to get my point across.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my interview experience at MarketAxess. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Cons: The company has no revenue, trying to salvage a 10-year-old approach. As a result, office politics replaced building anything new. It is stuck in simple algorithms for class-labeling that have aged even before being put to the test.

The food is genuinely great, and day-to-day work can be enjoyable with helpful colleagues.
Cons: Promotion is very slow, and career progression can feel unclear or stagnant at times.
