Met all the qualifications and most of the bonus qualifications. Applied via the website. Got a call from a recruiter a few days later. Was asked general questions regarding my resume.
They then sent me a 90-minute online coding test in C++. The test had two standard medium-level LeetCode questions. Solved both of them in 30 minutes.
Got a generic reject. I tried both solutions in LeetCode and passed all test cases; the first solution beats 93% and the second beats 98% on LeetCode.
Conclusion: They are definitely not hiring, at least for now. It seems to be a dummy position and a fake interview process.
DO NOT WASTE TIME interviewing here.
