Chat with the recruiter, a quick coding challenge, a technical phone screen, followed by an onsite and a meeting with the executives. The questions they asked were challenging, but fair. I wish they would have showed me more of what they were working on. The recruiter, engineers, and executives painted a really good picture, but it would have been great to see something with my own eyes. I understand the "stealth" nature of the company, but in the decision-making process, seeing a physical product would have been helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my interview experience. Everyone was incredibly bright, and all of my interactions were pleasant. This company is clearly going in the right direction.
