Lack of transparency gives off bad vibes. I was also disappointed that I took the time to interview with this company and was ghosted until I requested an update.
If I take the time to interview, I expect the decency to let me know I've been rejected. I'm sure it could be a cool company to work for, but these minor details often say a whole lot about a company, and lack of transparency/communication is just not my thing.
