None - company's best days are behind it
Management is dishonest. The company initiated the sale process in Dec. 2019, but in early 2020, the CTO claimed to me in conversation that Zoox had a bright future ahead, despite the company attracting no interest for further financing and poor interest for acquisition.
Hopefully, this is the last company the CTO is a co-founder for. He lacks integrity.
Investors and the board need to take a hard look in the mirror at what company they helped create and grow.
Resign.
