After nine months of giving Zoox every benefit of the doubt, I’m not wowed.
Pluses include crazy pay raises compared to pre-Amazon purchase, so I hear from my colleagues.
I’d summarize my experience as “rest and vest”. The team is not working to a clear product or timeline, and any focus to actually make a difference seems to just be for show.
