Pros: 1. As an individual, we will be valued, appreciated, and respected to the core if we are able to prove our worth. 2. Good learning 3. Good growth 4. Great hike and promotion

Cons: 1. Work-life balance is really hard in IT teams. 2. Pay is good but could have been better. Management takes care of this, so it's not really an issue. 3. Lack of communication about project go-live and changes. Sudden surprises with respect to work affect life balance. 4. Attracting amazing talents with experience is missing. The company insists more on hiring freshers and training them, which will definitely work only if we have enough people to take care of existing tasks/projects. If we don't have enough people with sufficient bandwidth, then training freshers is an additional burden for small teams.

Pros: Good compensation. Good stocks. Not so strict to come to the office.

Cons: Late night calls, no good coding works here. You would not get any help from anyone, and expectations are very high. You have to do engineering, QA, DevOps, and SRE jobs all together. Managers are like owners, and employees are slaves. No QA engineers, so devs have to do automation. No work-life balance at all.

Pros: Flexible working hours. All colleagues are very friendly and supportive. Free food every day.

Cons: Everything is great. No issues.
