The interview was easy. I gave 4 rounds of interviews, either late night or early morning. I answered everything, not a single question was left unanswered. In the end, I was told I wasn't the right match at this time.
It felt as if the interviewers were on a break and interviewing for fun – a complete and utter waste of time. My advice: get your expectations right when scanning profiles. If it isn't a match in the first place, the first round of interview should be good enough to decide this. You guys have plenty of time, but the interviewers don't have this leverage. A big no to this organization.
