I received a call from HR who explained the position very well. The interview was for a Senior Leadership role.

The interview was arranged within a few days. After the joining call, I came to know that the panelists were Managers (5-10 years of experience) from the same Cloud Operations team. They were interviewing for their manager, i.e., the Director of Cloud Operations.

It was truly shocking to learn that people who would potentially report to me were taking my interview and deciding whether they wanted to hire their boss (a joke). It was the weirdest interview I have ever attended in my life. The questions were very vague and not related to the position. Zscaler does not even know how to select panelists for a strategic role.

It was insulting to attend such an interview.
