The hiring process was straightforward and very quick. Initially, I had a call with the recruiter. Immediately afterward, they helped schedule four interview interactions with various team members.

1st interaction: This was a technical discussion about my knowledge and previous experience. 2nd interaction: This was a deep dive into the various tools and scripting I have knowledge of, involving whiteboard exercises. 3rd interaction: This was a technical discussion focused on the day-to-day operations I perform. 4th interaction: This was a coding/scripting assessment. I was given a couple of Python code blocks and asked to determine the expected output. While I was solving, I was presented with three questions, most of which varied from log parsing to building recursive functions.

A few days after completing these interactions, the recruiter reached out to inform me of a final interaction with the Hiring Manager and scheduled a 45-minute interview.

The Hiring Manager was accommodating and warm. We had a brief discussion about my technical background, and then they asked if I would like to complete a small coding challenge. Although I was not fully prepared, I proceeded. They provided a set of string parsing exercises along with inline functions. I was able to work through them and share the output of each call. That was it.

Within a few days, I heard back from HR. They were interested in proceeding with me and provided an offer.
