I applied online and received an OA first. The OA had different types of questions, including fill-in-the-blanks and MCQs. I thought I did not do very well on the OA, but I still got a phone call with the recruiter.
However, I was rejected after the phone call with the recruiter, and I have no idea why. Probably they evaluated the OA results after the phone call.

Exchange a given binary number's even digits and odd digits (not taking the complement).
For example:
Input = 23 (b00010111) Output = 43 (b00101011)
