Cons: Some roles don’t have a great career path, and for those for whom title is important, it might not be the right place to work.

Pros: A very exciting, fast-paced environment with customers and partners demanding more and more solutions to help them succeed in their line of work. Cutting-edge technology is helping to augment and drive digital transformation. This is different from traditional, large cyber companies, which have multiple complex layers of internal operations and are slow and difficult to deal with. Great customer experience is delivered through the people who work here and through the solutions offered. I have been impressed with the freedom to go and do what I need to do. The support from the teams is exceptional, as I work in sales and partner development. This is critical to get the tasks done for partners and customers. As word spreads of what effective solutions are helping customers, we become even busier. My leadership team treats me with respect and allows me to work flexibly while helping and supporting where needed. The culture is diverse and energetic, and everyone is a team player, which gives me confidence. When I need help from my peers, they are always willing to go the extra mile to make me successful, and that's driving and fostering a really fantastic culture here. I look forward to the next day, as I know I will complete tasks successfully. Even if I am not sure how to get there, my colleagues show me the way! We win as a team and support each other all the way. My leadership team is always available and interested to hear new ways to deliver and execute, but they also encourage open conversation to keep the partner and customer outcome and success in mind. It's a rocket ship!
