I had three technical rounds and then one hiring manager/director round. You are put through to the next round based on feedback from the previous one. If you reached the director round, it implies that the previous feedback was positive, which is why you made it that far. However, after the director round, they stated the feedback was not positive and they could not proceed. I spent 4-5 hours in the interview process and many more days preparing. All the coding questions asked were answered, and they even compiled and executed properly. I was still shocked when they said the feedback was not positive.
