Laid off on the last day of the month
Depends on teams. My team was good, but other teams have horror stories.
Stressful work environment, no job security. People are laid off without reasons, even senior management level people. No bonus for Diwali or New Year. Lots of talk about family, this or that, but I got laid off in a very rude manner.
Well, you could follow a common rule, like firing people with a three-month notice so that they can prepare for other jobs.
