Working on the latest technology. Good salary with respect to the job role.
Too much work pressure. Job security is zero. You need to perform exceptionally outstanding every single day (for example, I have worked on 750+ Jira tickets in 15 months, including projects, incidents, security, etc.), which ruins your work-life balance. A single call within 5 minutes and you will be laid off. Worse part: After layoff, you will not get proper support like your salary slip, relieving letter, experience letter, etc. In my case, they did not give the last month's salary slip, and the same happened with other employees. Now imagine what you will tell your next company's HR when they ask for the last three months' salary slips. They will make new rules when they lay off employees, and it does not matter with your job offer guidelines. They are still laying off employees since September 2024. Not recommended if you are looking for a stable job or work-life balance. If you are looking for a high salary or new tech to work in a super-fast pace (if you can perform every single day), then you may be a fit. If you hate politics, don't go to Zscaler.
Nothing will work, even if we advise.

The interview never happened, as they kept delaying the process until someone was selected internally. Perhaps they will consider external candidates in the future. However, the interview experience at Zscaler is said to be average.
