Salary is hooked with ZScaler stocks, which fortunately hasn't been impacted much.
There is zero work-life balance. You will be expected to work late into the night and early in the morning to manage calls from India, which occurs around four days a week.
They hire only immigrants, people whom they can easily force to work overtime without additional pay.
Work quality is not that great. There is a lot of legacy technology with zero support from senior management. They say every work is recognized, but I have hardly seen any for newcomers.
Bring some diversity into the company.
