Managers prioritize their own convenience (mostly working from the US/PST), ignoring employee work-life balance.
Hire only as much as you can retain. Frequent layoffs damage trust and create a toxic culture.
Respect employees’ time, improve communication, and stop prioritizing only US time zones. Focus on transparency, fair workload, and employee well-being.
