Very good company.
Ethical values.
No politics.
Awesome product and time to market.
Lot of cons:
- My bad, I got into a very bad team.
- No scope to grow.
- I got completely squeezed and experienced a lot of health issues due to a lot of work pressure.
- Most of the team members created a comfort circle for themselves and they don’t want to change.
- Very old tools and tech stack. You will be dragged back to the 2005 era.
- If you try to propose new things, you will be crucified straight from the top.
- Most of all, it's a worst team.
- Most of the time, the team works 18 hours and weekends and expects you to do the same.
- No respect for personal life and family.
Please monitor Teams. Please check what's going on inside. Please change the mindset of some people who have been there for a long time. They are squeezing fresh engineers with their old-school thoughts.
