Job Description
11x is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to shape the future of AI and digital workers. At 11x, they sell work, not software, focusing on building fully autonomous digital workers that automate specific jobs end-to-end. The company's first worker, Alice, an AI Sales Development Rep, has already generated millions in revenue. As part of the engineering team, you will own products and problems end-to-end, driven by a culture of velocity, ownership, and boundary-pushing. You will architect and build new workflows within the products, while maintaining and optimizing existing features. Responsibilities include bridging the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering, as well as identifying and implementing architectural improvements and scalability solutions. The role involves driving technical decisions and best practices across the team and contributing to product engineering. The tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, Twilio, Vercel, and AWS. 11x offers a competitive equity package and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build new workflows within our products, while maintaining and optimizing existing feature-rich workflows
- Bridge the gap between Applied Research, GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Identify and implement architectural improvements and scalability solutions
- Drive technical decisions and best practices across the team
- Contribute to product engineering
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as full stack engineer, or significantly across both frontend and backend
