The role offers a competitive salary range of $123,000-$167,000 USD for US-based positions or $111,000-$150,000 CAD for Canada-based positions, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and equity grants. The position is remote-first but includes occasional travel for team meetings and events.

As a Developer on the AI team, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining production software systems for AI-driven and security-focused features. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in planning and code reviews, and stay current with the latest trends in AI and security.
