Responsibilities For Staff GTM Engineer

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions across GTM tools
  • Apply hands-on knowledge of GTM workflows to solve real-world sales, marketing, and CS problems
  • Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
  • Build tools and automations for lead scoring, enrichment, summarization, routing
  • Develop internal APIs and scripts to streamline revenue workflows
  • Integrate third-party AI platforms into the tech stack
  • Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and well-documented
  • Stay current on AI trends and recommend relevant GTM applications

Requirements For Staff GTM Engineer

Python
  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, data engineering, or systems development
  • Strong proficiency in Python for building automations, working with APIs, and integrating AI tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience using LLM APIs and LangChain
  • Comfortable working with APIs and automating across SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and version control
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex technical solutions
  • Understanding of CRM data structures and pipeline/sales process logic
  • Relational data modelling experience in a data warehouse
  • Past experience implementing AI use cases in a business setting
