Responsibilities For Lead AI Solution Engineer
- Build full-stack AI applications including RAG, AI agentic systems, and UI/UX interfaces
- Develop AI-driven features using pre-trained models, APIs, and prompt engineering
- Evaluate, select, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs)
- Optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with latest AI technologies and practices
Requirements For Lead AI Solution Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack AI applications
- 1+ year specifically in Generative AI
- Proven expertise in AI applications, including RAG solutions and AI agentic systems
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and model optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with MLOps practices
- Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
